How do I get started?

How long will my child need therapy?

Duration of therapy services varies for each child and can be dependent on a variety of factors. After the initial assessment, your therapist will work with you to determine the best treatment plan.

Do you provide in home services or school based services?

We provide clinic based services. In home services will be considered on an individual basis.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance plans for payment. We can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made with an HSA/FSA, credit, or debit card. An HSA/FSA, credit, or debit card is required to be entered on the patient profile before therapy sessions will be scheduled. Payment is due at the time of service. mOTivate Pediatric Therapy is also an approved NC State Education Authority (NCSEAA) provider. Financial assistance through the Bridge To Healing Foundation is also accepted.

When will I see results?

Progress for each child depends on a variety of factors. Most parents report seeing positive changes within a few weeks with more significant progress within 3 to 6 months.
